PETALING JAYA: The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) has denied allegations that it nullified Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s SRC International proceedings.
It stated the allegations that the case is nullified due to an error in proceedings are pretend.
In a press release on Friday (July 8), the AGC stated that the Federal Court had fastened Najib’s attraction listening to on Aug 15 and the AGC can be current as respondent and act as prosecutor.
The AGC will proceed with the case’s attraction and look forward to the Federal Court’s resolution.
