This consists of a primary income distribution of two.15 sen per unit and a bonus distribution of 0.35 sen per unit.

The bonus distribution is contributed by PHB, because the sponsor of AHB and is distributed for the primary 500,000 items held by the unit holders.

“The 2.50 sen a unit is marginally higher than last year’s 6 months interim distribution of 2.35 sen per unit which was paid in April 2021, reflecting a positive trend,” PHB group managing director Datuk Mahmud Fauzi Muda mentioned in a press release.

AHB distributes income twice a 12 months and the ultimate income distribution, if any, might be distributed in October 2022.

MAM chief govt officer Ahmed Muzni Mohamed mentioned: “As previously announced in October 2021, we are now ready to implement the reinvestment scheme whereby the income distribution will be made in the form of units and/or cash, particularly to the retail unit holders.

“For this interim income distribution, retail unit holders having an average minimum monthly balance of 10,000 units and less, will receive the income distribution in cash while those having more than 10,000 units, will receive the income distribution in the form of AHB units.

“Institutional unit holders will continue to receive the income distribution in the form of cash,” he mentioned.

PHB is planning to difficulty an extra one billion new AHB items in 2022, in response to Mahmud Fauzi.

Since 2011, AHB has paid out roughly RM1.7bil in dividend income to its buyers.
