PUTRAJAYA: Come ahead and donate to the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Hospital, Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon has urged the general public.
“The UTAR Hospital, by virtue of it being a teaching hospital, offers another avenue for research and hospitalisation, and can also provide specialist care at an affordable cost as it is a not-for-profit hospital.
“It is a good cause for humanity,” he stated at a press convention on Wednesday (Jan 19) on MCA’s fundraising for UTAR Hospital.
The MCA deputy president stated political inclinations and backgrounds must be put apart in elevating funds for the not-for-profit instructing hospital.
The complete price of constructing the hospital, he stated, was RM330mil for section one.
The hospital goals to present 250 beds for contemporary medication remedy, 100 beds for conventional medication remedy and an extra 250 beds for contemporary medication remedy can be added in a while, he stated.
