Hong Kong actress Angelababy not too long ago filed a courtroom case against a hospital in Beijing for using her photos for industrial functions.
According to Hong Kong media, the hospital used 36 pre-braces photos of Angelababy with out her consent – using her affect and fame to spice up the model’s publicity.
The courtroom dominated in Angelababy’s favour, stating that she had rights to the distribution of her photos.
Meanwhile, the hospital was discovered responsible of picture infringement.
The hospital was ordered to pay the demanded compensation of 36,000 yuan (RM23,433) and subject an official apology to the actress on WeChat.
This isn’t the primary time Angelababy has filed a courtroom case.
Previously, the Mojin: The Lost Legend actress filed a defamation lawsuit against a beauty surgical procedure clinic and a netizen for implying she had surgical procedures achieved on her face.
According to BBC News, Angelababy insisted that her seems to be have been a consequence of her blended heritage (her paternal grandfather is German).
