KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Bhd(*2*) introduced that buying and selling on the change will be opened for the morning session solely on Monday, Jan 31, 2022, and will be closed for the afternoon session on the eve of Chinese New Year (CNY).
‘’However, clearing and settlement providers supplied by Bursa Malaysia Securities Clearing; depository providers supplied by Bursa Malaysia Depository; and clearing providers supplied by Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Clearing will proceed as common till the tip of the enterprise day,’’ it stated in a press release in the present day.
Bursa Malaysia and all its subsidiaries will be closed on Tuesday, Feb 1, 2022 and Wednesday, Feb 2, 2022 along with the CNY and Federal Territory Day holidays.
The change and its subsidiaries will resume enterprise on Feb 3, 2022. – Bernama
