KUALA LUMPUR: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd
has been granted an extension of time until Aug 22, 2022 by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) to submit its regularisation plan to the related authorities for approval.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia immediately, the Practice Note 17 (PN17) firm stated it had appealed to Bursa Securities on Dec 9, 2021 concerning the latters’ determination to de-list the corporate’s securities and to rethink its determination to grant the corporate an additional extension of time.
“After due consideration of all details and circumstances of the attraction submitted by the corporate on Dec 9, 2021, Bursa Securities has determined to enable the attraction and grant the corporate an extension of time until Aug 22, 2022 to submit the regularisation plan to the related authorities for approval,” it stated.
The ailing oil and gasoline participant has obtained a number of extensions to submit its regularisation plan since slipping into PN17 standing in April 2017.
It turned an affected issuer after its auditors expressed a disclaimer of opinion on its audited monetary statements for the monetary yr ended Dec 31, 2016. – Bernama
