KLANG: Police have arrested a development worker for forcing his youthful sister to carry out oral intercourse and have sexual activity with him.
South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Cha Hoong Fong mentioned the incident allegedly occurred at round 1am on Aug 17, two years in the past.
“The 22-year-old sufferer who works as a waitress claimed the incident happened at her house.

He mentioned the suspect fled the scene instantly after the incident.
