Cops nab 5 suspects for allegedly setting Customs officer’s automobile on fireplace


SEPANG: Police have arrested 5 suspects who allegedly set ablaze a automobile belonging to a Customs officer at Taman Pandamaran Permai.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed stated the 5 have been arrested on Thursday (Nov 18), the identical day the incident occurred.

“The 5 are believed to be working within the forwarding and logistics subject.

“The motive of the case is believed to be Customs-related,” he informed reporters on Friday (Nov 19).

He stated investigations revealed the Customs officer labored at Port Klang and had reported that his private Proton X70 automobile was splashed with paint on Nov 16.
