(Reuters) – Former Yorkshire cricketer Azeem Rafiq apologised on Thursday for utilizing anti-Semitic language in an alternate of messages with one other cricketer from 2011.

Rafiq, a participant of Pakistani descent, this week testified earlier than a British parliamentary committee and spoke of the discrimination he confronted whereas at Yorkshire, saying the game in England was riddled with racism.
