DUNKIRK, France (Reuters) – The Tour de France will pay tribute to the victims of the Copenhagen shooting with a minute of applause in the beginning of the fourth stage in Dunkirk on Tuesday, organisers stated.

“The Danish riders might be aligned on the entrance of the peloton on the beginning line,” Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) stated in an announcement.

The Tour de France began from Copenhagen final Friday with three phases in Denmark.

A 22-year-old Danish man has been accused of opening fireplace on Sunday afternoon on consumers within the Field’s mall just a few kilometres south of downtown Copenhagen, killing three folks.

He was arrested and charged with manslaughter and intent to kill.
