(Reuters) – Special function acquisition firm Digital World Acquisition Corp disclosed on Monday every director on its board had been issued subpoenas in search of extra data on its deal with former U.S. President Donald Trump’s social media agency.
Earlier this month, the corporate reported that the U.S Securities and Exchange Commision and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority probing the deal had additionally sought extra data.
