KUALA LUMPUR: EA Technique (M) Bhd
has entered a deal to get rid of its oil/chemical tanker, the Nautica Renggam, to delivery agency C&M Co Ltd for US$5.05mil (RM21mil) money.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the Practice Note 17 firm stated the transaction is tentatively scheduled for completion by the top of this month.
The proceeds of the sale shall be used for working capital and cost of the dealer’s charge.
The tanker was bought by the corporate on May 13, 2016, at RM18mil, excluding refurbishment price.
