Eversendai devlivers jacket strcuture for Hollandse Kust Zuid offshore wind farm

KUALA LUMPUR: Eversendai Corp Bhd‘s subsidiary Eversendai Offshore has loaded out the foundation jacket structure for the Hollandse Kust (Zuid) Offshore Wind Farm in the Netherlandns. It said in a statement that the foundation jacket structure is headed to its final destination in the North Sea in Europe, where it will be used for a 700MW high voltage alternating current offshore Beta topside platform. The Hollandse Kust (Zuid) Beta Substation together with the Hollandse Kust (Zuid) Alpha Substation will collect the electricity generated by the offshore wind turbines at the Hollandse Kust (Zuid) 1-4 offshore wind farm, transform and deliver electricity to the Dutch national grid, it added. “This is a significant achievement to deliver our second Offshore Wind Renewable Energy project safely with high quality and Eversendai is glad to be part of the Renewable Energy industry and acknowledge the importance of the Energy Transition. With the successful delivery of these offshore wind renewable energy projects, Eversendai is focused to further develop and grow our presence in this sector,” said Eversendai Offshore CEO Narish Nathan. Eversendai has an outstanding order book of RM2.01bil and a few new project awards are in final stages of negotiations which should be concluded before the end of 2021.
