KAMPALA (Reuters) – A blast within the centre of Uganda’s capital killed at the least two individuals and set a number of automobiles on hearth on Tuesday, native tv reported.
A reporter on the scene stated he noticed two our bodies. The reason for the blast was not instantly clear.
