FBM KLCI slips below 1,500 on profit-taking continues

KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI slid barely below the 1,500 psychological stage at noon, amid sustained profit-taking strain as traders cashed in on the positive factors made in the course of the current window-dressing interval.

At 12.30pm, the benchmark index was down 18.23 factors to 1,549.3.

The main laggard was IHH, which dropped 45 sen to RM6.89 after having rocketed larger to an all-time excessive within the earlier session.
