PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has dismissed an appeal by Datuk Seri Najib Razak who’s searching for to adduce new evidence in his RM42mil SRC International Sdn Bhd case.
A five-man panel chaired by Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat mentioned that Najib’s appeal was with out benefit and the Court of Appeal was appropriate in its resolution to dismiss it.
