Floods: 456 people from 333 families in Segamat evacuated after eight villages affected

The different affected villages are Kampung Pekan Air Panas, Kampung Paya Lenga, Kampung Paya Lebar, Kampung Gelang Chinchin, Kampung Tenang, and Kampung Sedeng.

Meanwhile, two rivers in Johor – Sungai Muar close to Kampung Awat and the Sungai Tangkak close to Kampung Seri Makmur – have risen to a harmful stage.
