TUMPAT: A disabled man who was reported lacking on Wednesday (March 2) was discovered drowned close to his home in Kampung Tok Sangkut close to Repek, Pasir Mas.
Kelantan deputy police chief Datuk Muhamad Zaki Harun stated the man with studying difficulties was reported lacking whereas enjoying in the water in entrance of his household’s store.
