PETALING JAYA: The Selangor Forestry Department has denied allegations by a non-governmental organisation (NGO) relating to the sale of land with permanent forest reserve standing within the state.
The division director Datuk Ahmad Fadzil Abdul Majid stated the placement recognized in Selangor by Rimba Disclosure Project (RDP) was not of permanent reserve standing as gazetted underneath the Selangor National Forestry Act (Adoption) Enactment 1985.
