KYIV (Reuters) – Four civilians had been shot dead while making an attempt to flee by automobile from the town of Kreminna in Ukraine’s japanese Luhansk region throughout a Russian assault, regional governor Serhiy Gaidai mentioned in a publish on messaging app Telegram on Monday.
A fourth individual was critically injured, he mentioned. Reuters couldn’t independently confirm the data.
