WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Alphabet’s Google requested a federal judge on Friday to dismiss the bulk of an antitrust lawsuit filed by Texas and different states that accused the search large of abusing its dominance of the internet marketing market.
Google mentioned in its courtroom submitting that the states failed to present that it illegally labored with Facebook, now Meta, to counter “header bidding,” a know-how that publishers developed to earn more money from promoting positioned on their web sites. Facebook has not been named as a defendant within the lawsuit.
