KUALA LUMPUR: Harn Len Corp Bhd has proposed to purchase 3.8445 hectares of freehold land in Tebrau, Johor for RM4.5mil money.

In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia, the plantation group mentioned it had entered right into a sale and buy settlement (SPA) with Sunitrend Sdn Bhd for the acquisition.

Harn Len mentioned the parcel of agricultural land zoned for residential use with a titled space of three.8445 hectares situated in Tebrau, Johor. The land is cultivated with greens such the holding is nicely maintained.
