KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd has secured a construction contract price RM160.6mil from Sunway Artessa Sdn Bhd, a three way partnership firm of Sunway Bhd
.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia, Inta Bina stated its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB) had accepted the letter of award from Sunway Artessa for major constructing works on an condominium positioned at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
The contract entails the construction of a 47-storey condominium (468 models) with 4 ranges of underground carpark and a developer unit on the roof high.
The construction will take 33 months to finish from its graduation date.
Inta Bina managing director Paul Lim Ooi Joo stated: “With the economy reopening and operating environment being eased, we look forward to a better year and have set an order book replenishment target of RM800mil for 2022.”
“We remain optimistic on our outlook, supported by our ability to replenish the order book. The healthy unbilled order book, currently at RM1.3bil, will provide us with earnings visibility over the next 3 years,” he stated in a press release.
