LONDON (Reuters) – London Stock Exchange’s Refinitiv information and data platform Eikon skilled a global outage on Friday, a buyer help consultant for Refinitiv mentioned, the newest such glitch over the previous 18 months.

The problem was escalated and the related workforce was engaged on resolving the difficulty with the best precedence, the consultant mentioned in a message.

Some customers reported the service had resumed on Friday morning.
