SEREMBAN: A person has been stabbed to death, allegedly by his wife, at their dwelling in Rasah Kemayan, Seremban 2 right here on Sunday (Jan 23) afternoon.
Seremban police chief ACP Nanda Maarof mentioned in the 4.11pm incident, the sufferer, 55, died in the kitchen after he was stabbed twice in the chest and waist.
“Police received a distress call from the victim’s 18-year-old daughter saying that a man had been stabbed in the chest”, he mentioned, including that the suspect, the sufferer’s wife, was 55 years outdated.
“Preliminary examination of the victim’s body showed two stab wounds on the chest and waist. The couple has four children, two of whom witnessed the incident,” he mentioned in an announcement right here Sunday.
He mentioned the motive for the incident was due to monetary issues and that the police detained the suspect and seized a pointy weapon. – Bernama
