JOHOR BARU: The Desaru Coast Ferry Terminal will act as a world gateway and can profit the communities in Southeast Johor, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
“The Desaru Coast Ferry Terminal worldwide gateway will join travellers from Singapore in addition to the Batam and Bintan islands in Riau, Indonesia. It will usher in financial and social benefits to communities and companies in Southeast Johor,” stated the Transport Minister in a Facebook submit on Thursday (March 31).
He stated he acquired Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar and Johor Regent Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim on the official opening ceremony of the new terminal on Thursday morning.
Also current throughout the ceremony was Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
