Meta’s Head of Youth Is Leaving the Company

The government overseeing Instagram’s improvement of a controversial product for kids is leaving the firm.

“We’re grateful to Pavni for all she’s done for Instagram,”

Meta

spokeswoman Stephanie Otway stated. “While we’re making a few organizational changes, developing safe, age-appropriate experiences for teens remains one of our most important priorities at Meta.”

Ms. Diwanji didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.

Ms. Diwanji joined the firm in December 2020, based on her LinkedIn profile. She beforehand served as a vp at
