BUCHAREST (Reuters) – A complete of 291,081 Ukrainians have fled to Romania since a Russian invasion on Feb. 24, together with 29,636 on Monday, border police information confirmed on Tuesday.
Of them, a bit over 82,000 have been nonetheless in Romania, together with some 30,000 youngsters. On Monday, the federal government accepted laws enabling Ukrainian youngsters to enroll in Romanian colleges.
