PETALING JAYA: A 28-year-old motorcyclist was killed in an accident involving three automobiles alongside Jalan Sungai Besar-Sekinchan nearing Kampung Sungai Nibong on Friday (Jan 21).
The motorcyclist who rode a Yamaha LC motorcycle died on the scene whereas the driving force of the three-tonne lorry concerned in the accident suffered a damaged leg.
According to Sinar Harian, Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Norazam Khamis mentioned the authorities obtained an emergency name at 5.59am.
“Seven members of the Sekinchan fire station were rushed to the location,” he mentioned in an announcement.
Norazam added that the accident concerned three automobiles which have been a motorbike, three-tonne lorry and a container.
“It was reported that the driver of the lorry broke his legs while the motorcyclist had passed away.
“Firefighters have successfully removed the trapped victims and handed them over to the police for further action,” he mentioned.
