NATO restates help for Poland over Belarus migrant disaster

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – NATO Secretary-Basic Jens Stoltenberg mentioned on Tuesday that the alliance was deeply involved about Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s technique of placing migrant lives in danger, providing Poland help.

“We’re deeply involved about the way in which the Lukashenko regime is utilizing susceptible migrants as a hybrid tactic towards different international locations and he’s placing the lives of the migrants in danger,” he mentioned.

“We stand in solidarity with Poland and different affected allies,” Stoltenberg advised reporters as he arrived for a gathering with EU defence ministers.
