SEREMBAN: Some 54 people have been arrested in a 10-day operation in opposition to illegal gambling actions in Negri Sembilan, says the police.

State Criminal Investigations Department head ACP Muhammad Izzudin Runggai mentioned a sequence of raids have been performed over a 10-day interval in conjunction with Chinese New Year starting Jan 24 the place police seized nearly RM5,600.

“We have since performed a complete of 20 raids underneath Op Limau of which 4 have been in opposition to on-line gambling actions, 11 involving illegal four-digit operations and 5 for gambling inside a constructing.
