Bodycam footage from New York City Police Department reveals the second a person is rescued from subway tracks in Harlem by cops, moments before a train pulls into the station.
When officers arrived, a bystander was already making an attempt to assist him.
The two officers and the member of the general public lifted the person onto the platform, before hoisting themselves to security.
