KUALA LUMPUR: Pintaras Jaya Bhd
has proposed to dispose of a chunk of freehold industrial land in Klang, Selangor, measuring roughly 1.17 hectares, to Senheng Electric Sdn Bhd for RM25.28 million.
“As the corporate has no speedy plans to use the land, the proposed disposal represents a possibility for the group to realise the worth of the land and unlock capital sources from being tied up as long-term property,” it mentioned in a submitting with Bursa Malaysia as we speak.
It mentioned the train would strengthen the corporate’s liquidity and monetary place and proceeds derived from the proposed disposal could be utilised as its working capital.
It added that the proposed disposal is anticipated to contribute positively to the earnings of the corporate for the monetary 12 months ending June 30, 2022.
At shut, Pintaras Jaya shares was up by 0.78 per cent to RM2.60 with 6,900 shares transacted. – Bernama
