Muar OCPD Asst Comm Zaharudin Rasip stated the investigation papers involving the 5 MRSM Form Four college students have been now with Bukit Aman’s prosecution and authorized unit.

“We are now awaiting further (instructions). The case was referred to Bukit Aman as it has become a matter of public interest,” he said when met after attending the Johor Police Family Association fun cycle programme on Friday (Dec 31).

ACP Zaharudin said investigations only involved the students and that so far, no action had been taken against them after their remand period ended.

“At present, I cannot say what kind of action has been taken by the institution against the students as it is currently the school holidays,” he stated.
