(Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz concerning the state of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv and responded to their issues concerning the humanitarian state of affairs in Ukraine throughout a three-way telephone name on Saturday, the Kremlin mentioned.

The Kremlin didn’t elaborate on Putin’s feedback concerning the state of talks, 17 days into the battle that started when Russian forces invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24.

On Friday, Putin mentioned there had been “sure constructive shifts” within the talks, which have been happening in Belarus, however gave no particulars.
