MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday mentioned his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron had told him Ukraine’s leadership was ready to implement the Minsk peace course of and was engaged on contemporary concepts to maintain elections in two breakaway areas.
In televised remarks, Putin was responding to an evaluation from his particular envoy on Ukraine, Dmitry Kozak, who mentioned he believed Kyiv would by no means implement the peace agreements as issues stand.
