Ringgit tracks crude oil prices higher


KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit opened barely higher towards the US greenback at the moment, monitoring higher crude oil prices.

At 9.11 am, the native observe appreciated to 4.1800/1835 versus the dollar from 4.1835/1850 at Thursday’s shut.

At the time of writing, Brent crude superior 0.18 per cent to US$91.27 per barrel.

Meanwhile, the ringgit was traded largely decrease towards a basket of different main currencies.
