DUBLIN (Reuters) – Russia has proposed the institution of humanitarian corridors to permit civilians to depart five Ukrainian cities together with the capital Kyiv from 9 a.m. native time (0700 GMT) on Tuesday pending Ukrainian settlement, Russian information businesses reported.
But a lot of the corridors would journey by way of Russia or Belarus, one thing Ukrainian authorities have rejected prior to now.
