BERLIN (Reuters) – The Russian envoy to the Iran nuclear talks stated on Wednesday that he had met together with his U.S. counterpart in Vienna, the place the eighth spherical of negotiations is happening.

Russia’s Mikhail Ulyanov wrote on Twitter that he had met with the U.S. particular envoy to Iran, Robert Malley.
