WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Russia’s navy move on Kyiv has stalled as its forces face logistics challenges, together with a scarcity of meals for some models, and seem to be reevaluating learn how to move ahead on town, a senior U.S. protection official stated on Tuesday.
“One cause why issues seem to be stalled north of Kyiv is that the Russians themselves are regrouping and rethinking and attempting to regulate to the challenges that they’ve had,” the official, talking on the situation of anonymity, stated.
