KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd’s three-storey shop office undertaking, Livistonia VIII within the Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru has recorded a 100% take-up rate inside every week following its launch in mid-February.
“It is encouraging to see Livistonia VIII fully taken up within just a week, which follows the easing of Covid-19 related restrictions for businesses.
“Livistonia VIII will not only draw more foot fall to the area from the surrounding neighbourhoods and boost business opportunities for our tenants, but also bring more convenience to the residents living in Setia Tropika,” Setia Tropika basic supervisor Saniman Bin Amat Yusof stated in an announcement.
Livistonia VIII consists of 30 models of shop workplaces and can serve an estimated inhabitants
catchment of greater than 60,200 residents inside the township and surrounding
neighbourhoods.
S P Setia stated with land measurement of twenty-two ft by 70 ft and a beneficiant built-up of 4,595 sqft, Livistonia VIII models are constructed to offer conducive and versatile areas to swimsuit numerous enterprise wants.
Prior to Livistonia VIII, Setia Tropika has launched a complete of 392 models of shop workplaces beneath the Livistonia sequence which have been totally offered.
