Sabah Bersatu’s pro-tem associate wing led by Dr Roland Chia

KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah PKR chief Datuk Dr Roland Chia Ming Chen will lead the state pro-tem Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia associate wing that may accommodate non-bumiputras within the celebration.

Bersatu associate wing nationwide chief Datuk Seri Dr Santhara Kumar mentioned the wing was established by the celebration after it amended its structure to determine the associate member wing throughout its annual normal assembly in November 2020.

The new wing was to accommodate new non-Malay members within the solely bumiputra celebration.

Dr Chia, who’s the political secretary to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajij Noor, was amongst leaders from Sabah who aligned themselves with the Datuk Seri Azmin Ali’s breakaway motion that teamed up with Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin early final 12 months.

He mentioned their presence in Bersatu confirmed that the celebration was strongly accepted and supported not solely by bumiputras, but in addition the non-bumiputras in Sabah.
