PETALING JAYA: Samaiden Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Samaiden Sdn Bhd (Samaiden), has entered right into a strategic partnership settlement with SWG Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinowaja (M) Sdn Bhd to collaborate in offering options for the renewable vitality (RE) market in Sabah and Sarawak.
Under the settlement, Samaiden and Sinowaja will first give attention to collaborative tasks in relation to photo voltaic photovoltaic (PV) in addition to sensible or microgrid programs in East Malaysia.
In an announcement, it mentioned Samaiden’s scope of labor shall embody supplying the required merchandise and technical help to Sinowaja, whereas Sinowaja will help in design, analysis and growth, and associated works notably in photo voltaic PV tasks.
“This collaboration is synergistic, enabling both parties to leverage on each other’s technical capabilities and industry expertise working on RE projects.
