KUALA LUMPUR: Samaiden Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Samiaden Sdn Bhd has agreed to undertake the engineering, procurement, development and commissioning (EPCC) works in the event of 15MWac large-scale photo voltaic photvoltaic energy plant in Kamunting in Larut and Matang, Perak.
In a bourse submitting, it stated the venture, awarded by Green RE Sdn Bhd, is likely one of the services accredited by the Energy Commission in March 2021 pursuant to the big scale photo voltaic Mentari programme.
The contract, which is valued at RM56.64mil, will start on March 15, 2022, and is predicted to be accomplished by Oct 31, 2023.
“Barring any unexpected circumstances, the Contract is predicted to contribute positively in the direction of the longer term earnings of the Samaiden group of corporations throughout the Contract,” it stated.
At 12.30pm, shares in Samaiden have been unchanged from their reference value at RM1.04 apiece with 48,800 items exchanging arms.
