MELAKA: An aged man was killed after he misplaced management of the car he was driving and plunged from the Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz flyover in Taman Kota Laksamana right here Wednesday (March 9).
Melaka visitors police chief Supt Hasan Basri Yahya stated Tan Chin Chee, 76, died on the spot within the 9.20am incident.
“He was heading in direction of Melaka Raya in his Toyota Vios. The flyover is about 15m above the highway,” he stated when contacted Wednesday.
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman stated eight firemen from the Melaka Tengah station took about 10 minutes to extricate his physique from the wreckage. – Bernama
