The different defendants are six corporations managed by Mohamad Salleh’s household – National Meat & Livestock Corporation Sdn Bhd, Real Food Corporation Sdn Bhd, Meatworks Corporation Sdn Bhd, Agroscience Industries Sdn Bhd, Asian Bioscience Corporation Sdn Bhd and Techknowlogy Imageware (M) Sdn Bhd.

The authorities claimed that it had signed a mortgage settlement totalling RM250mil with NFC on Dec 6, 2007, to finance the prices of building and working a National Feedlot Centre in Gemas as a part of its coverage to develop and improve beef manufacturing.

The mortgage was disbursed in three separate tranches and Mohamad Salleh’s household was claimed to have made 10 withdrawals amounting to RM180.51mil from Jan 24, 2008, to Jan 3, 2011

Of the RM180.51mil withdrawn, solely RM8.32mil was paid instantly to 3rd events to conduct the National Feedlot Centre undertaking.

The stability of the withdrawn funds was transferred to different NFC accounts and a complete of RM118.04mil from this stability was allegedly misused.
