KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
is trying into formulating a plan to regularise its monetary situation and it’s required to submit it inside eight months.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia immediately, Serba Dinamik, an engineering providers firm, stated it has roughly eight months to submit its regularisation plan to the related authorities for approval.
“The firm will make the mandatory announcement on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the necessities below Practice Note 17,” it stated. – Bernama
