PETALING JAYA: Pharmaniaga Bhd is the “exclusive and sole distributor” of both the import and fill-finished Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia.
Sinovac Biotech chief business officer Helen Yang, in a video on May 26, reiterated that there is no third party involved for Malaysia.
“We are dealing with them (Pharmaniaga) via a government-to-government arrangement without any other third party. We have been meeting each other’s obligations and all contractual deliveries are on schedule,” she said.
She added that both companies have a good working relationship.
“We are looking forward to the day where the use of vaccines can end the pandemic,” she said.
