Six month rent-free period for Labuan UTC petty traders from January


LABUAN: Hundreds of small-time traders on the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) on the Pasar Sentral constructing right here will get pleasure from six months free rental starting subsequent Jan.

The UTC Pasar Sentral, managed by Labuan Corporation, imposes month-to-month rental ranging from RM35, RM400, RM500, RM1,000, RM1,200, RM1,400, RM2,500 and RM3,500, offering enterprise services totalling 863 heaps.

Meanwhile, Bashir additionally stated that the FT Ministry has authorised the extension of the 50 per cent low cost (all year long 2022) on ferry tickets for travellers from Labuan to mainland Sabah and Sarawak through the duty-free island’s two ferry terminals for each passenger boats and ferries.

The locations are from Labuan to Kota Kinabalu, Menumbok and Sipitang in Sabah and Lawas and Limbang in Sarawak. – Bernama
