TOKYO (Reuters) – A 61-year-old man suspected of setting fire to a psychiatry clinic in the Japanese metropolis of Osaka this month that killed 25 individuals died in hospital on Thursday, public broadcaster NHK mentioned.
The man had beforehand been in essential situation. Police have mentioned the fire broke out when the person, believed to be a affected person, introduced a bag of flammable liquid into the clinic and set it down in entrance of a heater and kicked it over.
